My Likes is a new service that allows you to monetize your Twitter stream which is free to use. It has been around since January 6 2010, it has received accolades from such publications as. The New York Times, The San Fransisco Chronicle and Tech Crunch. The three founders are former Google Employees.

How Does It Work?

The way that My Likes work is that you have the option to post one "Sponsored Like" a day. A Sponsored Like is basically an add that you can post. Adds can be posted once a day. You also have the option to post them at a certain time. They allow you to post any text of your liking in the sponsored like to your followers.

Adds for you are paid by Cost Per Click (CPC). A (CPC) is whenever someone clicks on your add.It is initially calculated by your twitter followers.They can increase based on the effectiveness of how your sponsored likes work so, for example if you have an initial start for 20 cents per click and people click on your adds and buy things it is likely to go up. Cost Per Click is the max you will get paid per clicks, so, you can have adds from 1 cent to how ever much your cost per click is worth.

Share What You Like

This is a feature that My Likes has it basically allows you to. Share what you like, you can share anything from sports team to bands. On My Likes they have, 4 distinct levels when you accumulate points. level one is called Beginner Blue, which is 0-50, Medium Yellow is 50 to-300.Fiery Pro is 300+ points. The last and the Highest Ninja is by invation only. Which basically means you need to be really active on site.

You get one point for likes that you have without a comment. If you have a like with comments You can get three points. The higher your points are the more you are recognized across the site, and your likes are recommend to more often to other users.

Referrals

You have the option on My Likes to get referrals and depending on how many followers you have. For example if you have more than 200 followers you will make 0.50 cents per referral, if you have more than 300 you will get $1 dollar. The highest amount you can make for example is $1,000 for a million followers or more!

How To Get Paid?

The way that payout works on My Likes is, ever Friday if you have more than two dollars the money you have earned will be deposited into your pay pal account.
